Another attraction of this Island is the 70000 varieties of trees and plants including a bottle shaped plant with more than 100 years old and an olive tree with more than 200 years old. The 3.5km boardwalk is a favorite place for daily joggers. A story telling festival in Arabic and English is conducted every year in Al Noor Island.
